Services to Veterinary Clients
Nick Openshaw established a "niche" practice advising veterinary surgeons
from his Devon base as long ago as 1994. In the period since, he has advised
well over 150 veterinary practices and veterinary surgeons on their business
and legal affairs.
He has published a
number of articles in leading veterinary publications, including articles
on Buying and Selling Practices, Equipment Finance, Partnership issues,
Coping with Death, Dispute Resolution, Limited Liability Partnerships
and Data Protection and Spouses in Practice. He has contributed to the
development of published standard form Partnership Agreements and attended
numerous veterinary conferences, events and seminars. He is an associate
member of VPMA.
For the past four
