The principal, David
Lutkin is a registered trade mark attorney specialising in the
selection and protection of trade marks nationally and internationally. In
1967 he qualified as a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys
(the Government-recognised body which regulates the profession) and later
served as President of that Institute. His career has been divided between
practice with leading London firms of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys and
employment as head of the trade marks departments of three major
multinationals. He set up his own practice in May 1997. His principal
areas of expertise, all in the field of trade marks, are:
