Andrew
Maynard worked in a City firm of
solicitors in London before qualifying as a solicitor in 1974. He was employed
by a number of London Law Centres and then by the Royal Borough of Kensington
& Chelsea before establishing his employment law practice in West London in
1985. In 1991 he transferred the practice to Bath. His principal areas of
